CrossToner Exercise Videos

The CrossToner was designed and engineered to provide a wide variety of exercise routines to tone and strengthen your body. To demonstrate some of the basic exercises that form the foundation for a complete toning workout regimen, we’ve created these demonstration videos. The exercises shown here are just a small subset of the huge variety of exercises that can be done on the CrossToner.


Biceps

Achieving firm, toned arms starts with working the biceps. The CrossToner bicep workout is the perfect way to get great results and firm, toned biceps without adding bulk.

This exercise develops and strengthens the bicep muscles as well as the forearms, and can be performed sitting or standing.


Triceps

Build great triceps with this easy exercise – tricep pushdown. Just like the gym work out only now you isolate one muscle at a time. Pushdown and squeeze the tricep to get that extra power from your workout.


Pec Flys

Need to build your upper body? The Pec Flys develop and strengthen your chest, shoulders and back muscles. Increase resistance and vary the distance of the CrossToner from your body to create muscle confusion and vary upper body exercises.


Inner Thigh Blaster

If you want a strong, sculpted and tight lower body, CrossToner has a variety of exercises for you! The Inner Thigh Blasters allow you to develop and strengthen the often neglected muscles of the inner thigh called the adductors.


Outer Thigh Blaster

For strengthening and firming the hips and buttocks, the CrossToner Outer Thigh Blaster is the perfect exercise.


Lat Pulldown

Delt Crunch

To give your upper back a sleek, firm appearance, you need to tone your deltoids. This unique exercise on the CrossToner really work those muscles in a way that’s hard to replicate on even the most sophisticated gym machines.


Power Squat

The power squat is one if the many exercises you can do with the CrossToner that combines multiple exercises and body parts into one smooth exercise. The power squat works the chest, arms, and shoulders directly with the CrossToner, while also giving your lower body, especially the glutes, a great workout at the same time.
